Background
In 1985, due to dictorial order of the suspension of Programul 2, Programul 1 was reverted back to TVR. Around the time of the Romanian Revolution, the channel became Televiziunea Română Liberă.

Visuals: Against a white background, "tvr" is in a stylized cursive-live font. The text has two copies facing the top right, each of which decrease in brightness. To the top right of the logo is the channel's full name in blue and a normal, capitalized font.
