Intro (August 28-December 31, 1991)

Visuals: The intro starts on a black starry background. A blue trailing screen comes out rotating from the upper-right and turns to the whole screen area, with it containing a blue gradient square grid background and the golden text "ТВ" with "ИНФОРМ" at the front of the bottom of the former text. Sometimes, the text also fades out after a while.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: An 80's-styled rock theme.
