Logo: On a black background, what seems to be a piece of paper appears and moves. The logo appears on another piece of paper and the first one appears to be the background after it does a transition. The logo does the same transition.
Technique: The animation seems to be done in VEGAS Pro.
Music/Sounds: The Record theme from the time.
