1st Logo (1961-1962)

Logo: On a black background, we see the text "映画界の新らしい魅力" fading in. The text then slides up to make way for the letters "新生" which appears underneath. Between the two letters, an emblem, which consists of a circle with "大宝" inside reading top to bottom, zooms in. The black background fades into a textured gray background as all of the text fades out, leaving the emblem alone. The emblem slides up as "大宝株式会社" wipes in underneath from left to right. The emblem and text gain shadows which extend to the right.

Technique: Traditional animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on their releases such as Kyounetsu no hate (狂熱の果て).
