Take 5 Productions is a Canadian television production company founded by John Weber in 2009.

Visuals: On a black background is the white word "take" with some parts of the letters removes and the number "5" appears next to it and in red with the text "PRODUCTIONS" appearing underneath the logo.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo is in a white background with the words "take" and "PRODUCTIONS" in black.
- It sometimes shares the screen with other logos.
