Background

Tango Gameworks, based in Tokyo, was founded on April 2010 by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami and acquired by ZeniMax Media in October. They released their first title The Evil Within to critical and commercial success.

Logo (October 14, 2014-)

Visuals: In an underwater environment, many lines draw in and form into solid bars. This continues for a bit before zooming out into a nerve with several lines wavering around it. The nerve then blinks and zooms out to reveal an abstract snail made of "tg", with the snail having a shine to it and white eyes with multicolored pupils. It then glances down to the right as 3 black dots come out of the end of it and "Tango Gameworks" fades in below as the logo becomes 2D.

Technique: The nerves, the snail.

Audio: A series of underwater noises, followed by two sudden swooshes, and finishing with three piano notes, all set against a ethereal soundtrack.

Availability: Seen on The Evil Within and its sequel, and Ghostwire: Tokyo.
