Visuals: On a yellow background, there is a cartoonish target (or an eye depending on what you think) have an arrow go through it, then it zooms out into a target board with the words “A Target International Presentation” sliding in from the right.

Technique: Cel animation.

Audio: A 20-note upbeat triumph fanfare.

Availability: So far, it has been seen on The Golden Lady and the UK release of The Smurfs and the Magic Flute, which home releases from The Video Collection have the latter intact. It is unknown if this logo can be seen on other distributions from this company.
