Logo: On a piece of paper, we see many splats appearing. Then, it suddenly changes to marker, as it draws an unknown shape. Then, the hands with multicolored cards form text with their cards like this:

Then, cards suddenly turn yellow, and multicolored lines appear and rotate.
Technique: Everything, done with a mix of 2D and live-action.
Music/Sounds: Paper sound (when splats appearing), the drawing sound, followed by 10-note playful-ish fanfare.
Availability: It originally appeared as an in-credit logo on the season 4 of Орёл и решка, however, it didn't get an animated version until season 5 of the aforementioned program. It's still used on the said program.
