Background

TeleVest was formed in 1993 by advertising agency D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Worldwide of New York to carry out the media buying functions of the agency. In addition, the company also produced TV movies that mainly aired on CBS and were sponsored by the clients of the above-mentioned agency. In 1999, TeleVest merged with the agency's media planning division to form MediaVest. Today, the company now functions as Spark Foundry, which is made up of MediaVest and its sister subsidiary, Spark. The company operates under Publicis Media.
