Background

Teleworld was a television syndicator. This company also held television distribution rights to some of the American International Pictures library.

1st Logo (1965-1970?)

Logo: On a space background, we see a circle with a T in the middle with the words “DISTRIBUTED BY TELEWORLD,INC.” on the bottom.

Technique: The logo cutting in, the stars moving, and the logo fading out.

Music/Sounds: The ending theme of the film.

Availability: Seen on syndicated prints of Harlow and The College Girl Murders.

2nd Logo (1983-1990's)

Logo: On a space background, we see the planet earth rotate in a fast motion, then the Teleworld “Circle T” fly’s from behind the earth to infront of it, and the words “DISTRIBUTED BY TELEWORLD, INC.” fade in on the bottom

Technique: The earth rotating, the logo flying out from behind, and the logo fading out. Typical Scanimate animation.

Music/Sounds: A drum roll fanfare.

Availability: Unknown, seen on '80s copies of syndicated AIP movies.
