Logo: After the warning screen, which takes place on a black/blue gradient background, a darkblue screen zooms in clockwise with the zooming limegreen word "limegreen" with "limegreen" below it. A box with the word "dodgerblue" in dodgerblue zooms in below the logo. After some seconds, the box zooms back, and the screen zooms out like it was played in reverse (but with the logo not moving).
FX/SFX: The parts of the logo zooming in and later out, and that's all. Not too much inspiration found on the logo.
Music/Sounds: "Sunrise" from "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" by Richard Strauss.
Availability: Extremely rare.
