Background

The Avnet/Kerner Company was formed from the ashes of The Jon Avnet Company, this time finding Avnet working with Jordan Kerner (who later go on to form The Kerner Entertainment Company).

Logo (March 6, 1988-January 25, 1999)

Visuals: On a black background is the blue scratchy words "AK" fading in. Then we see the words "THE AVNET/KERNER COMPANY" fading in.

Variant: Earlier films featuring this logo, like Do You Know the Muffin Man? for example, had the text below read, as arranged

The font was also different. Likewise, the AK emblem was also in a brighter shade of blue
