The Avnet/Kerner Company was formed from the ashes of The Jon Avnet Company, this time finding Avnet working with Jordan Kerner (who later go on to form The Kerner Entertainment Company).

Logo: On a black background, we see the blue scratchy words "AK" fading in. Then we see the words "THE AVNET/KERNER COMPANY" fading in.

FX/SFX: The logo and name fading in.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the TV movie.

Availability: Seen on most TV movies of the era, like Heat Wave, Naomi & Wynonna: Love Can Build a Bridge and A House Divided.
