Background
The Blade Runner/Westwood Partnership is a short lived joint venture/partnership between The Blade Runner Partnership, a company owned by Bud Yorkin and Jerry Perenchio, who held the rights to the movie, and Westwood Studios, the game's developer to produce the 1997 game Blade Runner.

Logo: On a black background, we see a navy blue grid. A white object slides in on the top left of the grid, and then it flashes. A code appears on the bottom, and a blue camera appears and settles to the top left, which stands on the text. Then it disappears, and a blue square that zooms out and stops at the top left, where the text is seen. Then the square and code disappears, and the text flashes and zooms in, revealing it was the text:
