Background
This is Jake Kasdan's production company.
(February 4, 2015-)
Logo: On a white background, we see the tiny text "THE DETECTIVE AGENCY", stacked far away in the middle of the screen. A magnifying glass appears, and moves over to the text, thus making it bigger.
Variant: On Speechless, the logo is next to the Silver & Gold Productions logo.
FX/SFX: The magnifying glass moving.
Music/Sounds: A piano note and a faint voice going "Hmm!".
Music/Sounds Variants:
- On Speechless, the logo is silent.
- On Doogie Kameāloha, M.D., the "Hmm!" sound is different.
Availability: Seen on Fresh Off the Boat, Weird Loners, The Grinder, Speechless, and Doogie Kameāloha, M.D.. Don't expect this to appear on Bless This Mess and the 2019 film Jumanji: The Next Level, despite Kasdan being involved.
Editor's Note: This logo can be a tribute to the BIG Pictures logo.
