Logo: On a black background, we see multicolored rectangles and stop at the left as they turn yellow and the word "THE EO CORP." with E and O connected each other and are placed inside. The word "presents" appears in Kabel font.
FX/SFX: The rectangles, and the word appearing.
Variants: A white version exists.
Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on films like Wolfman and A Day Of Judgment.
