Background
This is the vanity plate of Karen Gist.

Logo: On a wooden table, we see a notepad with an illustration of Karen Gist's head on it, colored in a dark, murky brown shade. The camera slightly backs away a bit to make room for the text "THE Gist OF IT PRODUCTIONS", which writes itself underneath in a handwritten script font.
FX/SFX: The camera backing away and the text writing.
