Background: The IndieProd Company entered television production in 1987. In 1989, Carolco Pictures Inc. acquired IndieProd and closed its television arm in 1990. The theatrical arm continued in production until 1999.

1st Logo

(February 2, 1987-March 21, 1988)

Logo: It's in-credit text that reads "An IndieProd production" with "in association with" under it.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the movie.

Availability: Seen on early TV movies from the company, such as Tonight's the Night and God Bless the Child.

2nd Logo

(February 26, 1989-January 26, 1991)

Logo: On a black background, a white pastel shape etchs itself onto the screen. Inside the pastel, it reads:

FX/SFX: The logo etching itself in.
Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on some TV movies, such as The Killing in the Small Town.
