This is the production company of film producer Jordan Kerner.

Visuals: In a large black-and-white stadium with blazing torches (possibly based on the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum), fireworks are being launched. The camera pulls back to reveal a grandma and her grandson standing on a balcony, watching the action. It continues to pull back through a tunnel entrance as the text "THE KERNER ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY" in a Copperplate Gothic font zooms out below.

Variants:

• Starting with Charlotte's Web, "KERNER" is replaced with "K." However, Smurfs: The Lost Village uses the original variant.
• On A Wrinkle in Time (2003), the logo is cut to the last few seconds.
• An open matte version exists on 4:3 full-screen prints of films as well as 35mm film scan prints of post-2006 films starting with Charlotte's Web.
• Starting with Clifford the Big Red Dog, the logo has been enhanced. Here, the sky and stars are brighter and the tunnel entrance is extended.

Custom Variants:

• The Smurfs 2: The fireworks and flames from the torches are blue, Papa Smurf is sitting next to the grandma, and Smurfette and Clumsy Smurf are sitting next to the grandson. After the logo finishes, it bubbles and appears inside a liquid (the formula that Papa Smurf uses to turn Smurfette good again later in the film).
• Clifford the Big Red Dog: After the logo finishes, it turns into a drawing, segueing into the opening sequence.

Technique: Live-action and CGI.

Audio: A majestic fanfare composed by John Debney. Usually, however, the film's opening or closing theme is heard.

Availability: This first appeared on Snow Dogs, and was later seen on George of the Jungle 2, Charlotte's Web, the Smurfs films, and Clifford the Big Red Dog.
