Background
This is the production company of Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg and Jorma Taccone, better known as The Lonely Island. They later went on to found Lonely Island Classics.
1st Logo (May 1, 2005)
Visuals: On a black background is the pink words:

ISLAND
Then, four lightning rods appear, striking on the words to glow.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: The sound of the foghorn and a boing.
Availability: Seen on Awesometown.
2nd Logo (March 12-May 21, 2016)
Visuals: There are three men (possibly Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg, and Jorma Taccone themselves) falling down off the horse (you could see the hooves and a tail) on the countryside. On the right is the white words that was used on the VHS "THE LONELY ISLAND".
Technique: A live-action photograph.
Audio: The men saying, "We fell off a horse!"
