Background
This is the production company of Akiva Schaffer, Andy Samberg and Jorma Taccone, better known as The Lonely Island.
1st Logo (2005)
Logo: On a black background, we see the pink words:
LONELY
ISLAND
Then, four lightning rods appear, striking on the words to glow.
FX/SFX: The lightning.
Music/Sounds: The sound of the foghorn and a boing.
Availability: Seen on Awesometown.

2nd Logo (March 12-May 21, 2016)
Logo: We see three men falling down off the horse (you could see the hooves and a tail) on the countryside. On the right is the white words that was used on the VHS "THE LONELY ISLAND".
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: The men saying, "We fell off a horse!"
Availability: Seen on Party Over Here.
Legacy: A hilarious logo and a favorite among Lonely Island fans.
