Visuals: Against a black background, there is a part of a wrecking ball in the darkness, shining with a lens flare. The light dies down to reveal the thing, as an explosion occurs while several large rocks come to form "MAYHEM". As they stop completely, the text and ball move to different positions while a box crops around it and the text "PROJECT" fades in below.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: It starts off silent, then a loud whoosh is played as the logo comes together.

Availability: Only seen on Make It Happen.
