Visuals: The word "The" fades in on a dodger blue background. "Sherwood Schwartz" fades in below, followed by "Company". All three are in a script font. Below, "In Association With", in a different, 1960s script font, fades in. The end result is this:

Audio: A 4-note piano tune based on the theme from The Brady Bunch. The animation is in-sync with the music.
Audio Trivia: The music was later used for the logo for Brady Productions.
Availability: This only appeared on A Very Brady Christmas.
