Background
The Star Overseas is Stephen Chow's film production company.

Logo: On a black background, we see the drawing of a yellow and red colored 10-pointed star. Yellow rays surround the star, which is sandwiched by two Chinese characters to the sides of it. Below is the company name in Chinese and in English.
