Visuals: On a gray background, we see pink warning text typing itself in.
Technique: Chyroned text animation.

2nd Warning (6 October 1986-4 September 1995)
Visuals: On the same background as the 1986 Video Collection logo of the time, there is a white box containing a red bar with the word "WARNING" in white at the top and red warning text below it.
