Background

ToonBox Entertainment is/was (their current status as to whether they are open or closed is unclear) a Canadian animation studio that was founded in June of 2008. It is best known for the 2014 animated film, The Nut Job.

1st Logo (June 28, 2010?-2016?)

Nickname: "ToonBox Block"

Logo: On a black background, we see a the 3 letters together in a block form, then 2 O's moves down and 1 O's up and flashes with other letters wipes moves left and right, then the text, "ENTERTAINMENT" appears, then shines.

FX/SFX: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Seen on The Nut Job and Bolts and Blip.

2nd Logo (April 14-August 11, 2017)

Nickname: "ToonBox Block II"

Logo: On a black background, a letter "B" flying in to a 3-D block with 2 letters together, then the background color changes to shining gray and the text appears at the bottom, then the background changes again to black.

Variant: On The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature, the logo is shorter.

FX/SFX: 3D animation.

Music/Sounds: The opening theme of the movie.

Availability: Seen on Spark: A Space Tail and The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature.
