Logo (1998-December 22, 2001)

Visuals: On a space background, there is a ray of yellow light spinning around, which unveils a duck with a blue scarf and a pink umbrella. As he waves back and forth, he falls down with the light following him and the umbrella spinning before leaving the shot entirely. The space background then spins and zooms in, in which the duck has stopped falling and came across a gold circle. This shape reads "TOONIVERSAL COMPANY" in an arc, with two starts in between the words, and was seen floating from the top right of the screen just as the space background stopped spinning. When the duck sees the giant ring, he gladly lands into the center of the circle, sliding back and forth before twinkling his fingers to us and a shine is seen at the top right of the circle.

Variant: There exists a short version of this logo where it starts on the spinning space background.

Technique: 2D animation from the duck to the light effects. In contrast, the ring is computer animated.

Audio: A whimsical and sweet, adventurous fanfare. There is a repeated xylophone sound when the duck twinkles its fingers.

Availability: Only seen on the 1998 re-release of Hercules in New York and Marco Polo: Return to Xanadu.
