Background

This is the production company of Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz, and Gregory J. Bonann, the creators of Baywatch. The three also ran Berk-Schwartz-Bonann Entertainment (Schwartz also co-ran Douglas Schwartz/Steven L. Sears Productions with Steven L. Sears).

Logo (September 23, 1991-May 22, 1999)

Visuals: On a animated sea background, there is a print version of the lifeguard tower with a orange sun inside. Below it, the text "TOWER 12 PRODUCTIONS" is seen. Then, it changes into the name "THE BAYWATCH PRODUCTION CO." in a pixilated effect.

Variants:

On season 2 of Baywatch, the part where the text changes is removed.
On Baywatch Nights, the word "Nights" appears when it changes into the second name.
On HD remasters of Baywatch, the logo is completely remade in widescreen, and in high definition.

Technique: Live-action with computer effects.

Audio: A guitar riff accompanied by the sound of the waves and seagulls squawking, as well as some sparkling sounds.

Audio Variant: Sometimes, the guitar theme and the sparkling sounds are absent.

Availability: Seen on Baywatch seasons two to nine.

It was also seen on its spin-off, Baywatch Nights.
It is also seen at the end of an Amazon streaming print of Baywatch: White Thunder at Glacier Bay (1998), which is then followed by the 1995 All American Television logo with the "A Subsidiary of All American Communications" byline.
