Background
This is the production company of Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz, and Gregory J. Bonann, the creators of Baywatch. The three also ran Berk-Schwartz-Bonann Entertainment (Schwartz also co-ran Douglas Schwartz/Steven L. Sears Productions with Steven L. Sears).

Visuals: On a animated sea background, there is a print version of the lifeguard tower with a orange sun inside. Below it, the text "TOWER 12 PRODUCTIONS" is seen. Then, it changes into the name "THE BAYWATCH PRODUCTION CO." in a pixilated effect.
Variants:
- On season 2 of Baywatch, the part where the text changes is removed.
- On Baywatch Nights, the word "Nights" appears when it changes into the second name.
- On HD remasters of Baywatch, the logo is completely remade in widescreen, and in high definition.
