Background

This is the production company of Michael Berk, Douglas Schwartz, and Gregory J. Bonann, the creators of Baywatch. The three also ran Berk-Schwartz-Bonann Entertainment.

Logo (September 20, 1992-May 22, 1999)


Visuals: On a animated sea background is a print version of the lifeguard tower with a orange sun inside. Below it the words "TOWER 12 PRODUCTIONS" is seen. Then it changes into the name "THE BAYWATCH PRODUCTION CO." in a pixilated effect.

Variants:

  • On Baywatch Nights, the word "Nights" appears when it changes into the second name.
  • On HD remasters of Baywatch, the logo is completely remade in widescreen, and in high definition.

Technique: Live-action with computer effects.

Audio: A guitar riff accompanied by the sound of the waves and seagulls squawking, as well as some sparkling sounds.

Audio Variant: Sometimes, the guitar theme and the sparkling sounds are absent.

Availability: It was seen on Baywatch seasons three to nine. It also appeared on its spin-off, Baywatch Nights.
