Triage Entertainment is an American television production company founded in 1995 and currently owned by Center Drive Media.
1st Logo (1995-2012)
Visuals: In a shady black background, a paper-like colored square is seen with an uppercase "T", lowercase "r", and lowercase "e." fading from the right of the square with a circle drawn on the upper left corner with another uppercase "T" fading in blue. Then the words "entertainment" or "incorporated" comes from the left side of the square with a line with it and stops at the other side, and the words "TRIAGE" comes from the upper right of the square also with a line and stops almost at the middle, just underneath the "entertainment" or "incorporated".

Audio: None or the ending theme to the program.
