Background
True Entertainment was an American television production company formed in 2000 focusing on television programs in the genres of reality and documentaries. In 2003, the company merged with Endemol. In 2017, True Entertainment merged with Original Media to form Truly Original.
1st Logo (2000-2004)
Logo: TBA.
Technique: TBA.
Music/Sounds: The end title theme of the show.
Availability: Extinct. Was seen on Soap Center on SOAPnet and the first season of Whose Wedding is it Anyway?.
2nd Logo (January 2005-January 2017)
Logo: Same as the 2001 Endemol logo minus the cloud vapor effect. The name "true entertainment" and the byline "an endemol company" all in the same font as the Endemol logo zoom in below by swinging in underneath the Endemol eye.
Bylines:
- 2005-2011: "an endemol company" with Officina Sans Std-Bold font.
- 2011-2017: "an endemol company" it contains with left byline.
Variant: In 2011, the Endemol byline is later shown aligned to the left under the name "true entertainment" and the eye's animation is differently altered.
Technique: Same as 2001 Endemol logo minus the cloud vapor effect.
Music/Sounds: Either the 2001 or 2011 Endemol theme.
Availability: Common. It's seen on reruns of Whose Wedding is it Anyway? on E!, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding on Bravo. Also seen on Zoneheads and Mother Funders.
