1st Logo (January 10, 1996)
Visuals: Same as the 1993 Lauderdale Productions logo, but with "A True Vision" replacing said company's name and "PRODUCTION" placed on the bottom right of the rose with its right-most internode removed.
Technique: A still, computerized graphic.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: This was only a placeholder and was only used on two documentaries: Return to the Dying Rooms and How to Be Happy.
2nd Logo (June 1, 1998-April 29, 2006)
Visuals: On a brown cloudy background, a portioned close-up of a little girl looking downwards sets her sights at us while the text from before in white and with a black shadow, alongside additional in-credit information such as a co-producer's logo, is positioned to the right of the picture. Simultaneously, the color of the background becomes more saturated and changes tones throughout.
Trivia: The logo is in the same style as the opening sequence to Innocents Lost, the first programme to feature this logo.
Variants:
- A warp-speed variant exists.
- An extended variant has the girl looking downwards after a while.
- An early version has the text without a shadow.
- Programmes produced for Channel 4 has the company name on top of the picture and additional in-credit info underneath it.
- On Screws Inside Belmarsh, the picture is centered and the text is in one row and above the image.
- On Reporters at War, the text, while having "Produced by" over it, is to the left of the image, which is now mirrored and inside a box.
- On The Real Sex Traffic, the on-screen logo is boxed and "A" is removed.
- On A World Without Water, only the picture of the girl and the "True Vision" text, while on the top of the image, is seen.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: Can be seen on School Girl Killer, Slavery: A Global Investigation, and Eyes of a Child, among other documentaries. Most of these can be seen through home media and online including the company's website and Vimeo account. It made its last appearance on A World Without Water.
3rd Logo (November 24, 2006-2011)
Visuals: The "True Vision" text from before, alongside "A" and "Production" in Helvetica, are placed on top of a moving cloud timelapse within a blurred, glowing blue box.
Variants:
- Sometimes, the text inside the box is stretched.
- An early version has the background white, "A" and "Production" in the same font as before, the text smaller, and the box contains more realistic clouds and a lighter sky color.
- A superimposed variant consists of just the text and "A" and "Production" with matching fonts as the company name's.
- Sometimes, the text has no outer glow.
- On Kids, Knives, & Broken Lives, "A" is above the rest of the text.
- Programmes produced by the company's northern division adds "North" in a different fancy font next to "True Vision". The text is smaller to accomodate this.
Technique: 2D animation.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: Like before, it was seen on many social-related documentaries, making its debut on Evicted: The Hidden Homeless and was later seen on Bulgaria’s Abandoned Children as well as its update documentary, Slumdog Children of Mumbai, The Lost Girls of South Africa, among others.
4th Logo (August 22, 2011-2021)
Visuals: Inside an outlined white box, there is a sunset skyview above the clouds containing "True Vision" with the non-capitalized letters in a serif-like font. The text wipes in from the left while having a burst effect.
Variants:
- The northern variant adds "North" next to the text in the same formatting as the other words.
- Another alternate name variant has the text reading "true vision aire".
- A variant where the programme is produced by the company's Yorkshire division replaces "aire" in the above variant. Said city would be smaller than the company name and unbolded.
Technique: Live-action for the background and 2D animation for the text.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: This logo appeared more frequently than its predecessor thanks to the company releasing even more documentaries from this period. This includes Surviving Sandy Hook, Behind Closed Doors, The Hunt for Britain's Sex Gangs, Hunting the KGB Killers, and may more. Although True Visions debuted a new logo in 2019, the logo was still used on some Stacey Dooley documentaries such as Stacey Dooley: On the Psych Ward and Stacey Dooley: Lockdown Heroes.
5th Logo (December 2, 2019-)
Visuals: There is the white text "TRUEVISION". The "O" consists of four separate curved lines and has a camera focus point over it.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: The ending theme of the programme.
Availability: It first appeared on the Growing Up Poor: Britain's Breadline Kids, but didn't become the primary logo used until 2021 where it appears on more recent documentaries such as the Panorama episode "Protecting Our Children: A Balancing Act".
