Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: None.
Availability: Seen on pre-1991 Turner Home Entertainment releases. [Examples?]
- Also seen on Junior Home Video releases. [Examples?]
2nd Warning (1991-2000)
Visuals: On a white background, there is a black rectangle with an FBI seal and the text "FBI" above it. On the right of it is the text in black.

- On Turner Classic Movies releases, the square and text are white and in a brown area (with green and red surroundings) on a sand background.
- On a VHS of the 2000 Golf Channel documentary Payne Stewart, the FBI rectangle and the background are in a blood red color, while the warning text is in a white box.
Technique: A still, computerized graphic.
