1st Warning (1991-1992)
Visuals: On a black background, the following text fades in and out.
FBI WARNING
Federal law provides severe civil and
criminal penalties for the unauthorized
reproduction, distribution or exhibition
of copyrighted motion pictures and Video
tapes (Title 17 United States Code Sections
501 & 506). The Federal Bureau of
Investigation investigates allegations of
criminal infringement (Title 17 United
States Code Section 506).

- The first releases from 1990-1991 did not use a warning screen.
2nd Warning (1992-1995?)
Visuals: It's the same as the the 1991 Sony Music/Sony Wonder warning, except it is on a black background.
