Availability: Seen at the end of US Renditions releases. The first releases from 1990-1991 did not use a warning screen.

Visuals: It's the same as the the 1991 Sony Music/Sony Wonder warning, except it was on a black background.

Availability: Seen at the end of US Renditions and Dark Image Entertainment releases.
