Background: This is Max Landis' vanity card.

Logo: On a gravel background, we see a white napkin with a red letters written, "WOW! Max can HE REALLY DID IT!!!" The word "can" have been crossed out. The words "UTMK" is on the bottom of the napkin. We see five colored straight lines on theright(dark purple, red, green, blue, and purple).
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None or the closing theme.
Availability: Seen on Channel Zero on Syfy, and Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency.
