Background

Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (abbreviated as UNAM, Spanish for National Autonomous University of Mexico) is a public university in Mexico launched by Justo Sierra on September 22, 1910, initially as Universidad Nacional de Mexico. It has the highest student enrollment of all the universities in Latin America and has one of the largest campuses in the world.

Expansion depth limit exceeded {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|id=eijAWbhTnmw}} Logo: In a dark room, we first see a man slowly swaying his arms in the air with a dimly lit spotlight shining in front of him. When he becomes still, a bunch of {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|yellowgreen|neon green}} smoke emerges from the dark and blows toward the man. We cut to another shot of another person with his hands raised in the air after a few seconds, seen being "engulfed" by said smoke. Another footage is shown where a woman is seen constantly swaying her body and arms up and down against the moving smoke, and yet another and final footage is shown after a while with another main slowly raising his arms against said smoke. As he slowly raises his arms, the emblem of UNAM colored {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|#756bff|cerulean}} fades in the middle, and after a few seconds, the background and colors of the emblem are inverted, only displaying a small portion of said footage within the emblem. The university name "{{Expansion depth limit exceeded|gold|UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL AUTONOMA DE MEXICO}}" in {{Expansion depth limit exceeded|gold|yellow}} and in a stacked format appears underneath and stays static for a few seconds, which is followed by "{{Expansion depth limit exceeded|Arial|{{Expansion depth limit exceeded|gold|PRESENTA}}}}" in Arial appearing underneath shortly after the university name disappears.

Technique: Live-action and scanimate effects.

Music/Sounds: A fast-paced, rapidly arpeggiating synth theme that lasts throughout the entire logo with sounds of the wind howling during the smoke sequence, and an announcer saying "La Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México presenta:" when the text appears.

Availability: Extinct, only known to appear on a program broadcasted by Canal 8 known as Tiempo De Filmoteca.
