'''GarageGames''' was founded in Eugene, Oregon in 2000 by four people from [[Dynamix Software]]. They were most known for their ''Marble Blast'' game series, of which the first game in the series was released in 2001. In 2007, InterActive Corporation (IAC) acquired a majority interest in GarageGames, and the company was renamed InstantAction. In late 2010, InstantAction filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. On January 20, 2011, the GarageGames brand was acquired by Graham Software Development, re-launching the company again with its original name. Following this, GarageGames remained open until 2022, when they finally closed down. |
