Background
GarageGames was founded in Eugene, Oregon in 2000 by four people from Dynamix Software. They were most known for their Marble Blast game series, of which the first game in the series was released in 2001. In 2007, InterActive Corporation (IAC) acquired a majority interest in GarageGames, and the company was renamed InstantAction. In late 2010, InstantAction filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. On January 20, 2011, the GarageGames brand was acquired by Graham Software Development, re-launching the company again with its original name. Following this, GarageGames remained open until 2022, when they finally closed down.
1st Logo (May 2, 2002-May 9, 2003)
Logo: It fades from a black background to a white background containing a black-outlined red circle with a stylized three-dimensional silver "G" inside it. Around the red circle is a black-outlined blue ring containing the white text "GarageGames.com" at the top half and "Independent Games" at the bottom half, both in the FF Blur font. Two bullets separate the two halves of the ring. In the bottom right corner, we see the Torque Game Engine logo. The logo then fades out.

Shadows of the aforementioned logo and the Torque Game Engine logo can be seen in the background.
