I'm a [[m:Stewards|Steward]] with Miraheze, and the above username definitely violates at least two conditions of [[m:Username Policy|Username Policy]]; however, it hasn't made any edits, so our standard practice is to [[w:WP:AGF|assume good faith]] and warn first prior to locking. However, regarding your block of the above-captioned user, your block reason suggests this user ''may'' have edited under a different account, which would suggest a [[m:User accounts policy|user accounts policy]] violation. Can you point me to the user account(s) you suspect are related and briefly state your reason why (unless it is blatantly obvious)?
