Background

Utkarsh Cinema was a film production company from India.

Logo (July 28, 1989)

Visuals: Over a blue background, there is a red circle with white sunburst and a white sun inside with wavy line with an Om symbol inside. It then moves closer and crossfades into a background of many orange/green circles with golden object at the middle with flowers below and a picture of a Shiva with a trident at the right and a snake on the left. The flower starts to disappear one-by-one in a fast way, which reveals a red rectangle containing a white, sans-serif "UTKARSH CINEMA". The red object similar to the golden object and the golden object appears below.

Technique: 2D cel animation with fading effects and stop-motion.

Audio: A relaxed sitar with a dramatic horn music.

Availability: Seen on Gentleman.
