Background

Vendôme Pictures is a film company founded by Philippe Rousselet on October 31, 2008 to produce mid-budget films.

1st Logo (April 1, 2011-August 18, 2017)

Logo: First, we see a blue light burst spinning and dividing into smaller bursts. These glowing lights begin to dissolve into a dark silhouette of a text as it continues to rotate and zoom out. A light burst in the same color as before is seen expanding, revealing "VENDÔME PICTURES", and then dying down.

Variant: On What Happened to Monday?, the light is bluer.

FX/SFX: The light bursts expanding and dissolving and the text rotating and zooming out.

Music/Sounds: A somber, nine-note piano theme. Otherwise, none.

Availability: Uncommon. First appeared on Source Code and can be seen on films during this period such as Larry Crowne and What Happened to Monday?.

2nd Logo (August 13, 2021-)

Logo: A metal bar is seen fading in on a black background, which happens to show a panorama of a French city. Shortly after, the company's logo from before begins rotating and zooming out with the city dissolving (similar to the Warner Bros. Pictures logo sequence). Bokeh lights are briefly seen within the faint light burst before the burst fades away. Lastly, the reflection of the text shines before fading to black.

FX/SFX: CGI animation.

Music/Sounds: Same as before.

Availability: Brand new. Debuted on CODA and is expected to appear on the company's future films.
