Logo: On a purple/black gradient background, the black/white gradient shape like the letter V with lines across it and a red sphere on the top right reveals, and the gray words appear "VIDEO GRAPH", shining.
FX/SFX: Simple, but very efficient 2D Animation.
Music/Sounds: A 5-note synth chime tune going up in pitch with a synth flutter while the 5th note sustains itself.
Availability: Rare, but your best bet is to look for very old anime tapes from the time. It was also seen on Japanese subtitled VHS tapes of various films licensed to them such as Alien Predators and Criminal Behavior, among others.
