Logo: The colored title "VIDEO SPORT FOR ALL" transposed over sports footage at a leisure centre(s).
Video footage of (in order of appearance) a cricket practice, tennis, judo, tennis (again), ballet, swimming, ping-pong, weightlifting, and swimming.
FX/SFX: Apart from the sports footage, the spinning "VIDEO SPORT FOR ALL" logo, which uses the color bars.
Music/Sounds: Light music reminiscent of an intro to a sports program. Possibly stock music.
