Logo: On a navy blue background, we see a light blue W which looks like it's made out of a V and an N. The text "Video Warehouse, Inc. Presents", all in uppercase, is overlaid on top of the W.
FX/SFX: Just the fade in/fade out.
Music/Sounds: A drum beat, and then a bombastic fanfare.
Availability: It was seen on the 1977 English dubs of The Magic Pony and Meatcleaver Massacre. This logo might have been seen on other tapes at the time.
