Visuals: On a marble-like background, the word "ВНИМАНИЕ!" in Futura Bold Font appears via dissolving effect. The following text in Russian appears via dissolving effect while "ВНИМАНИЕ!" turns red:

Once the following text in Russian appears via dissolving effect, the word "ЗАПРЕЩЕНЫ!" also in Futura Bold Font appears via dissolving effect and turns red.

3rd Warning (2001-2005)
Visuals: After the Videoservice logo ends, it zooms out and settles near the top of the screen. As it does, a blue-black background fades in, along with an incomplete box with the Videoservice logo inside and the same text as the previous warning, but without "ВНИМАНИЕ!", in a smaller font and without an exclamation point after "ЗАПРЕЩЕНЫ".
Technique: Computer effects.
Audio: A synthesized bell glissando as the logo zooms out.
