Background

Vijaya Films was a film production company from India.

Logo (October 7, 1955-April 21, 1961)

Visuals: On a sky with clouds, there is a silhouette of a girl (similar to the Prabhat Film Company logo) over a pedestal. The girl has one knee on the ground and the other in position to stand up. She raises a trumpet and blows it. Then, there's a light illuminating the pedestal, where "VIJAYA FILMS" is shown.

Technique: Live action.

Audio: A tune with violins, which is followed by the girl blowing the trumpet, which sounds like an American fanfare.

Trivia: The fanfare is based off of the opening theme of Yar Paiyan.

Availability: Seen only on Punar Jenmam, Yar Paiyan, and Needhipathi.
