This company merged with Vauhini Studios to form the Vijaya Vauhini Studio, which became one of the largest film studios in Southeast Asia at that time. However, Shri B.Nagi Reddi produced Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi movies under the banner of "Vijaya Productions".

Visuals: On a cloudy environment, a flag is seen waving inside an arch. The flag consists of a monkey flying with a cane. Below the arch, a rectangle outline and the text

Visuals: A modified version of the previous logo where it takes place on a blue background, where the logo now consists of the flag now in orange, the arch now in dark blue, and being surrounded by a beige outline, the Hindi text now in white, and the pedestal being fully white containing the company name in dark blue and in a more standardized font and now reads "VIJAYA PRODUCTIONS (P) LTD.", all sitting on top of an orange table.

Variant:

  • An early variant exists where the company name reads "VIJAYA PRODUCTIONS". The flag pole is also different.
  • On Yehi Hai Zindagi, the logo takes place on a different cloudy background.
  • On Meendum Savithri, the lower half of the logo is cut-off for "VIJAYA PICTURES" in white to fade in.
