Background
Village Roadshow Pictures Asia is the Asian division of Village Roadshow Pictures, co-owned by Orange Sky Golden Harvest. Village Roadshow also co-owns a division in Mainland China, named Perfect Village, with Perfect World Pictures.
Logo (February 2, 2013-)
Visuals: The logo starts with rows of bars turning inward extremely close to the camera, from bottom to top, as a spotlight lights up the background behind them. The spotlight fades as it zooms out to reveal the "V" in silver with a brown sheen on the left. The company name with the Chinese translation in silver fades in below.
Variant: On Zhongkui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal, the Chinese translation is absent. Also, the logo's duration is shorter.
Technique: CGI by yU+Co.
Audio: The 1996 Roadshow Entertainment theme or the 2016 Village Roadshow Pictures theme. Sometimes, none or the opening theme of the movie.
Availability: Seen on HK and Chinese movies released by the company, such as Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons, Man of Tai Chi, Zhongkui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal and Mountain Cry.
